Description
The “Brutti e buoni” (literally “ugly but tasty”) are one of the most typical biscuits from Piedmontese tradition, that we make following a family recipe dating back to the nineteenth century. It was initially conceived as a “poor recipe”, based on one of the most common products of the area: hazelnuts.
“Brutti e buoni” can be tasted on their own, at the end of the meal or simply as a snack.
Our “Brutti e buoni” are free from preservatives and chemical flavourings. All the flavourings we use are natural.
INGREDIENTS: PGI hazelnuts from Piedmont, egg white, sugar.
